Develops and manages partnerships with restaurants, ensures commercial follow-up, and makes sure each establishment is well supported. Present in the field, he identifies needs, builds relationships, and guarantees long-term collaboration.
Orders & Coordination
Manages the network of delivery riders, handles order admin, and makes sure everyone has the right information at the right time. Ensures communication between teams, escalates field issues, and helps keep the whole crew aligned and at ease.
Delivery Operations
Supervises delivery operations, tracks routes in real time and coordinates riders. Manages incidents, delays and tech issues and makes sure every order arrives on time and in the best possible conditions for customers and restaurants alike.
