When you order, you see two lines on top of your dishes. Here is exactly what they pay for.
Delivery fee
It pays your rider, properly. At OnlyEat the rider isn't paid only from the restaurant to your door:
- Paid from wherever they are to the restaurant
- Paid from the restaurant to your door
- Every kilometre ridden is a kilometre paid
Service fee
It funds everything that gets your order to you well, on time, stress free:
- Admins watching every order, 7 days a week
- Live support if something goes wrong
- The platform, its security and its improvements

How do OnlyEat delivery fees work?
The delivery fee pays the rider for their whole trip: from wherever they are to the restaurant, then from the restaurant to your door. The amount is shown clearly before you confirm your order in the app.
Why is there a service fee?
The service fee funds real-time tracking of every order by our admins 7 days a week, live support, and the security of the platform. It is what gets your order to you well and on time.
How much commission does OnlyEat take from restaurants?
OnlyEat takes 10% commission, about half of what typical delivery platforms take. That money stays in the kitchen: better ingredients and restaurants that last.
How do I get the deals?
Discounts rotate by zone and by day. The simplest way is to download the app so you see them live when you order.
