How do I order on OnlyEat?
As easy as a tap! Download the app, pick your favourite restaurant, choose your dishes, and boom, you’re good to go. A few taps later, your meal’s already on its way.

For now, we deliver in Grand Baie, Tamarin, Petite Rivière Noire, Flic en Flac, Bambous, Albion and nearby areas. But don’t worry, we’re expanding soon to cover the whole island!

How do I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel your order, do it before the restaurant accepts it. Once the restaurant has confirmed the order and started preparing your dish, cancellation is no longer possible. Thanks for your understanding!
What are the delivery times?
On average, it takes about 30 minutes to deliver, depending on the restaurant and your location. We do everything to make sure it’s fast and piping hot!
What should I do if there’s a problem with my order?
Oops, it happens! Message us through the app or fill out the contact form, we’ll get back to you quickly and properly, promise.
