This process applies to the mobile app OnlyEat®, developed by Nova Tech Ltd, available on the Google Play Store and the App Store.
What it means
Your account will be permanently deleted (login credentials, history, preferences…). You won’t be able to log in again with this email unless you create a new account.
What may be retained
Data related to past orders may be retained for legal purposes (billing, customer service, etc.). It is stored internally for up to 5 years, as required by law.
How to delete your account
To request deletion now, use our support contact form and select “Account deletion”, using the email address linked to your account. A direct deletion option will also be available in the app soon (Profile > Delete my account).
Processing time
Once your request is submitted, it will be processed within 30 days, as required by the GDPR. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s done.
